The next day September 22 is celebrated throughout Europe the European Car Free Day . As usual, the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning, through the Office of Environment, promotes this national campaign.
The main objectives the European Car Free Day are:
- "Raise awareness to opt for public transport or by another mode of transport to private cars;
- Create an opportunity to experience this change and to experience the city or town in a different way;
- demonstrate that less cars in urban areas is synonymous with higher quality of life for its citizens. "
The aim of this initiative is that on September 22 do not use your car.
1. Use public transport, bicycle, skateboard or scooter on their travels this day

3. Join with friends or relatives in the activities planned by your local authority
4. Rediscover your city or town and enjoy cleaner air
