I hope you have been attentive to my new gallery (yes.. Olhares.com I have another but I decided to drop la) because I have placed new photos there! My goals estãoa go the way I expected ... slowly ...
've tasted a new flavor of Cerelac is Cerelac 5 fruits ... and I must say ... is horrible! Poor children! Ze manner for the purposes it had never should've put that goal. Começoa me realize that there is only one Cerelac .. is the original!
Cerelac Speaking of one of my goals was to give five gifts just because ... without any justification ... now .. my goddaughter who is Rachel Sweden told me that I missed a pope Cerelac. As a good sponsor that I am there I sent you a package and still Cerelac (imagine) a Super Bock beer! I hope she gets everything whole damn!
Furthermore, also sent a letter / postcard ... actually sent three letters ... was to send some documents to my father and I managed to forget me two of them in the first letter ... logically ... I sent the second letter. The silliest of all is that the documents had to arrive today to be able to use and did not arrive! The 3rd letter was to the Algarve ... after a rejection email, I decided I would invite Celebrity Algarve via postal mail. Maybe then she'll change her mind and wants to have such a romantic dinner
xD Anyway I only told one because I think the documents should not count toward the goal!

always liked a lot of music! It is of my greatest passions and If I could I tried to follow up something related to it. Not as a musician, because I think it would have no way. Besides having a voice that alienates everyone in a radius of 2 km, never learned to play an instrument as it should be! Maybe that's why one of my goals is learn to play guitar ... maybe I do not know anything at all! But for what I think I would just like to be manager or producer of bands. Not because it's easier than being a musician, but because it will have something that I believe has already ... the pleasure of hearing!
Despite having always been somewhat excited by the music in general, only when I started listening to metal this enthusiasm became more expressive. The desire to communicate to others what I hear is really good is what pulls me over for it and any negative comment is a challenge. Perhaps because it has a certain way tried to influence many people to hear something "different." Some with more success than others but the truth is that most can not deny that there is something so different that makes it special!
A case study is for example my brother. The first concert of metal that he was seeing was Beloveth Mourning (Doom Metal from Ireland) and the Process of Guilt (Doom Metal Évora). He was 13 years and as I remember it was super excited. So enthusiastic was the only one to go for the pick the guitarist and the drummer's drumsticks! Furthermore it was still asking autographs from members of the band! A few months later he was recording his album and even after that took it to the Opeth concert (Melodic Death Metal (Yes, there is melodic death metal!) Of Sweden) and the concert Metallica Super Bock. Of course, maybe he has never been as enthusiastic as me but I'm sure the bug still there moves!
Inherent to music are the concerts. And that is something I really enjoy is a good concert where the band will not just dump the best-known songs, but will interact with the audience in a way that makes the songs even more special. A good concert, even the bands that we like less or least hear the songs that become true masterpieces and I must confess that there were few concerts that made me feel it. So I got an overview of international metal bands and related styles have seen in recent years and decided to put in order of preference the concerts. It is clear that the preference for the band aid in the decision but in many cases that was not all.

Now a little explanation (which can become great as I type) of why this order. Before that I must say that the bands that I consider to be in my top 5, Opeth, Anathema, Katatonia and Agalloch are 4 of them .. the 5th is My Dying Bride and is now one of my goals to get to see them live.
The truth is that none of these bands live disappointed me but I really must get Agalloch first, the emotional load that they could get during the entire concert! The music of Agalloch not have a properly defined style but are similar to Doom and are characterized by very soft melodies and connected to nature sounds while a more accelerated pace and with greater impact. In between all voices are either clean or guttural voices to pull the Black Metal. Also the lyrics are true poems Singer was the most time with your eyes closed to feel the music while the singing and how it was at least 200 people (including me)! The fact of having seen the concert in Belgium, a small village near Antwerp has a different atmosphere to the concert. It is true that the Belgians and the Dutch are quite cold during the concert and do not show any emotion but one thing I have to give them credit is not create stereotypes! Metalhead is one who feels the music (in this case the metal) and no matter how you dress or if you have long hair or not! This prevents people find completely ludicrous whole thorny arms, boots and faces painted to look uncomfortable for me because I'm in jeans and tennis! I am sure that most of you will not spend the first 2 minutes .. but if they do and getting to 4 minutes ... you may get a surprise. They also have the lyrics in some of the information!
have seen that speak for all concerts in the same way that the former will kill many readers of boredom. So I'll just refer you to the top 10 bands that most surprised me were Tool, Metallica and Slayer!
Slayer was undoubtedly a memorable concert. The energy on stage was placed so that I could not see a single person 40 000 gifts not to mess with that infernal pace!
Metallica surprised me greatly because I was waiting to hear something from the recent albums (which honestly did not tell me anything) but they have dedicated the concert to play 2:30 a.m. gems from older albums. To give you an idea of the last four albums they had released at that time only played songs from one of them! The concert was amazing and the set list was something to remember forever (example: .. And Justice For All was played full for the first time in 18 years !!!).
Tool ... Tool was a moment magic as I have not seen for a long time ... Every note that came out of the instruments was felt differently. The band was not unknown to me and was eager to see live ... nevertheless, the fact that the songs are very long and sometimes not exactly the best for a festival (I saw them at the Super Bock Super Rock) left me on my toes. I was happy to have been the sole survivor of a group of seven dead people get to see Tool to the end! What turned out to be for many music pack for me was a moment to close your eyes and just get to listen!
One last note of reference for Anathema! A band that carries a huge emotional charge in each song that plays! It was one of the great bands that I was able to see that night and despite having been preceded by Within Temptation and Nightwish ... the latter were not even the heels of the huge concert that gave Anathema! Every time I see the video gives me chills and I only regret not being here!

Basketball Run Out Songs 2010
One week ...

Today's been a week since I started the list ... e. .. completed more than one goal (two in total).
Today I started an online gallery! For some time since I devoted to photography and enjoying the holiday I decided that today would be the ideal day to return! That is why the online gallery contain two pictures I took today!

is a pity that none of the photos taken can be part of one of the other objectives related to photography. But just to have more fun and somewhat "forced me" to take even more photos!
Also managed to convince the Max (see / comment on his blog whose link is on the left) to make a list! I must say that neither he nor my brother still managed to complete (and yes ... it's hard) but I'll give some tips for can at least get near the end of the list.
- Seek objectives that relate to your hobbies (eg Basketball, Photography, Travel)
- a goal you can easily it remains a goal (eg, Enjoy with my brother because of glasses)
- Aims to complete something that never completed (eg end album list)
- Think of something creative you'd like to do without worrying about the result (eg invite a celebrity to a romantic dinner )
- Somebody get your targets to increase the willingness and self-esteem (eg Crying in the elevator !!!!, meet people)
- Never add anything they know to be impossible to match (eg grow to the size of Yao Ming)
- Add your objectives related to health (eg Going to the dentist at least two times)
- Try to allocate a target number (eg = Shooting Shooting Macro, taking pictures of scenery, take photos of picture)
Here are some tips that helped me ... moreover ... I have relied on several other lists to make my (just look on google for 101 things to do in 1001 days).
Another goal that began to be done was to establish 15 different flavors of tea! I started by one of my favorites, green tea and mint! Always without sugar, sometimes with honey! hehehe. They can also see that my monetary targets will gradually rise. Already joined now € 4.40 for the first week which is not bad:)
As for putting more pictures in the gallery will also write here but the best is seeing it go from time to time (I'll put the link on the left!).

3rd day ... everything is fine!
Good afternoon my Deluminator fireflies! Today
not have much to write apart from having completed one of my 101 goals!
So ... I invited a celebrity to a romantic dinner and she said hehehe. It was not exactly the most difficult to complete because sending email is easy ... have the answer but is somewhat more difficult! Celebrity
chosen had to be my favorite singer, Cristina Scabbia. Lead singer of Lacuna Coil, Gothic Metal band from Italy, and one of the first metal bands that I started to hear more often. The fact is that the last album (came out a few months) was a big disappointment. The songs are in my opinion more and more commercial (ie .. like the Linkin Park, Korn, etc. ..) and although it is not always bad ... goes against my musical tastes.
I will not put here the email I sent but I began by saying exactly what I said above, that is, the album was a disappointment. I'm sure she gets loads of emails fasa to say that the love and the albums are fantastic. But I, not even as a fan, but as a lover of music I thought I should put the points you think negative. At the end of the email asked her for such a romantic dinner! I was not expecting any response (because I imagine if someone were to respond to emails from fans all have to spend most of their time behind the PC) but actually got two ... The first to respond to my criticism of the new album, " but he respected the band had decided to move in that direction and that many fans were pleased! Sadly did not get any response about the dinner! The Renata told me I should reply back and so did ... replied thanking the answer but continued with my opinion ... and reminded him that had not responded to my question about the dinner ... the answer:
"I have to decline, I'm very happily taken.

And ready ... I was rejected ... anyway .. the goal was met!
However ... decided to invite a celebrity to another romantic dinner. Celebrity is a very recent and many of you may not have realized it but it sure will be a star as big as Cristina Scabbia here to UNOS (hahahahaha). Her name is Renata, lives somewhere in the Algarve while studying in London. Anda always hidden from the paparazzi so it's hard to find. Some say they saw the concert in some metal but not sure if she really was! Recently gave an interview to one of the most important newspapers in the country .. the "Special Edition" I gave in Lagos! Incredible as it seems I got your e-mail (after several years of trying) and decided to invite ; it for a romantic dinner:

and ready ... I rejected two celebrities in one night!
Moreover've had some progress in other goals (as you can see, are marked in blue). I have tasted a flavor of Cerelac ... in reality ... the original flavor! Already convinced one person to do an equal lsita (my brother) and I will put there along with my left side. Already have collected 65 of those 20 cents per day you should save. One day was 25 cents because I do not hold any currency below 5 cents and always put them aside in my bottle of coca cola (just out of curiosity, I now have 238 coins of 5 cents, 15 February tha intimate, January 11 cents = € 12.31). Also put aside € 1 by the objective complete!

News ... In Sweet Bitterness
some time ago that I, Ze Maria and exchanged e-mails with multiple news (sometimes ludicrous, sometimes not) that we find there daily. I must say that seeing these emails during breaks in the lab is very rewarding and has become a habit to try to find something to share with these two creatures in a state of hibernation in Wageningen.
Today I put some examples for them to realize how ridiculous a story can sometimes be clear and is simple to give my opinion on other! Before I even begin to say often the most rewarding of these stories turns out to be the comments posted by readers (many of them are simply brilliant).

is impossi sible not to laugh while reading this little story. That there are pickpockets in London everyone knows, but many of them have a special ability to communicate, so not everyone knew for sure. Abstracting me a little of the context of news I'll just do some repairs that caught my attention:
First, why the hell is that journalists have not helped the poor tourist while he was being mugged? If you have photos that "prove" the crime and saw everything was not very helpful? No. .. instead play the role of journalists and draw pictures while pickpockets divide 600 euros!
Second: The names of the pickpockets are at best ridiculous! Lets look at this as well ... Most movies about the Italian Mafia in Chicago always put the same names in mobsters. Ok .. this is an understanding that despite news ... no way! Change the names of streets in Maputo because they were referring to Portugal or the Portuguese people does not make any sense in my head. In my opinion estãoa erase and deny the history that brought them to where they are! It's too bad that colonialism was not entirely believe it was negative! And no new streets or avenues to be built in Maputo? One respondent said the following sentence: "(...) the country is independent, is free of the Portuguese (...)" and I remember me of a story I saw last summer:

Until I can appear very Snoobi with this but I can not help being sad about the situation. Portugal is part of the history of Mozambique Mozambique as part of the history of Portugal. Are we to stop receiving them in Portugal or accept them as Portuguese? Again I frizer .. on the one hand I understand (because we changed the Salazar Bridge to Bridge April 25) but then leaves me sad to see this in a city that tells me a lot and a longing to visit that country!

This weekend Moonspell come play in Rotterdam Others I must say I am quite willing to see them go but I still have not decided ... Will be opening for Cradle of Filth (which is not exactly to my liking but I'm curious) Moonspell before and will still play the Turisas (I've seen this year)! An extra concert would see Anneke (ex vocalist of The Gathering), a Dutch singer well known, appears to sing one of the newer songs from Moonspell where she participates. If anyone is curious to hear on youtube look for Scorpion Flower.
Today I received the news that was pre-selected for a PhD porgrama IGC. I'll have a phone interview this Friday at 11am in Portugal ... wish me luck: D

some time ago that I, Ze Maria and exchanged e-mails with multiple news (sometimes ludicrous, sometimes not) that we find there daily. I must say that seeing these emails during breaks in the lab is very rewarding and has become a habit to try to find something to share with these two creatures in a state of hibernation in Wageningen.
Today I put some examples for them to realize how ridiculous a story can sometimes be clear and is simple to give my opinion on other! Before I even begin to say often the most rewarding of these stories turns out to be the comments posted by readers (many of them are simply brilliant).

is impossi sible not to laugh while reading this little story. That there are pickpockets in London everyone knows, but many of them have a special ability to communicate, so not everyone knew for sure. Abstracting me a little of the context of news I'll just do some repairs that caught my attention:
First, why the hell is that journalists have not helped the poor tourist while he was being mugged? If you have photos that "prove" the crime and saw everything was not very helpful? No. .. instead play the role of journalists and draw pictures while pickpockets divide 600 euros!
Second: The names of the pickpockets are at best ridiculous! Lets look at this as well ... Most movies about the Italian Mafia in Chicago always put the same names in mobsters.
