And as in all stages of my life music is always present. I have always said this and I still contend that the songs chosen are not always demonstrate what we feel but what we feel is reflected in our choice of music. And it may seem very ambiguous phrase is very easy to explain ... We will always be our favorite artists, who we hear more, those songs we like to play for ever, whatever our state of mind. And then we have a new set of songs that make us feel good at the moment ... these are the songs that reflect what we feel.
I'ma big fan of Agalloch and Alcest as you can see by the name of my livejournal "Souvenirs d'un Autre Monde" (Alcest) and "Melancholy Spirit "(Agalloch). The two bands seem to have much to do with one another but share a very philosophy that began in the late '80s called" shoegaze "(or shoegazing). The term appeared due to certain pass bands the time of the concert "to look at the shoes" instead of interacting with the public, bands like Sonic Youth, Jesus & the Mary Chain, My Bloody Valentine and Cocteau Twins. In reality this is due to the fact that most elements to focus at all on what you are doing and are songs that need to be felt rather than heard. Therefore, bands that apply this philosophy a little turn out to have pretty long songs (over 8 minutes) in which letters are sometimes absent.
And maybe that's why lately I have heard much this kind of bands, mostly metal shed shoegazing.
It's time to look at my shoes, see every step you take me and forget what is going on around me. Connect me with my problems and forget for a moment the other. Maybe it's time to start serious work for me for me ... I think we deserve. Anyone who knows me knows that I do everything in my power to help my friends, sometimes even if it means sacrificing myself for other things. I've always believed that's how everyone should be and I still believe that. But this is the time to do a break, make selections, drop jumps straight in and start a peaceful walk, looking at my shoes. Maybe it's better this way ... perhaps come to realize that I can only do something if it is just me doing it ... but I sincerely hope not!
